The 1st level offers several dwellings, each with their own distinct personality and charm, while offering copious amounts of room to unpack and unwind. Bedroom #1 showcases a queen size bed, designer dresser, matching nightstands, decorative lighting, supplementary seating, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and your very own deluxe en-suite! Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #4 offer a king size bed and private bathroom, while Bedroom #3 presents a cozier queen size bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #9 touts two twin beds and décor dedicated to the leader of the club, that’s made for you and me! Bedroom #10 provides a king size bed with a bold headboard and an ultra-sleek dresser. Bedroom #11 offers a full bed, a twin bed, and is ideal for the Lego fan in the family. Bedroom #12 poses two twin beds and a character clad room perfect for two princesses and one lovable snowman! Bedroom #13 features a queen size bed and a tranquil oceanic color palate. The 14th bedroom has been converted into a personal in-home gym! (Please note, there is no bedding in this room)

A lanai covers the area to ensure maximum comfort, while additional outdoor seating provides you with an opportunity to bask in the sun and soak up those rays. You can turn your spa into a hot tub by adding an optional pool and spa heat package for only $35/day + tax.

This home's location offers easy access to Interstate 4, so you can be at Walt Disney World in less than 20 minutes and Universal Studios and SeaWorld in 30 minutes. Plus, there are tons of dining options, retail stores and two grocery stores just five minutes away.

With this property the entire group has free access to the resort clubhouse, which includes so many activities for children and adults all under one roof! With so much activities to do, this is a vacation rental at a low price, compared to what is offered. The great reviews speak for themselves, and we pride our services in cleaning, communication, and maintenance! We also provide a free propane tank to use the grill at no additional cost to you, which is highly unheard of in these vacation rentals near the area.

This place is special due to the care and attention we give all of our homes. Apart from renting a place to stay, you will have so much to do under one roof without having to spend any extra money. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms all have comfortable bedding and pillows.
